Andrew P. Bigness

Andrew Bigness is Senior Counsel at RLGC Law Group, where he helps clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions with clarity and confidence.  He represents purchasers, sellers, wholesalers, and lenders in residential and commercial matters, including transactions involving contract assignments.

Andrew advocates for his clients’ interests while counseling them through each stage of a real estate transaction – from negotiating financial and contractual terms to examining the “chain of title,” – helping them understand the fine print without losing sight of their overall goals.

After earning his B.A., magna cum laude, from Union College and his J.D. from Albany Law School, Andrew spent several years working in the legislative and governmental arena before entering private practice in 2018.  Immediately prior to joining RLGC in 2025, he practiced with a local real estate law firm, and was active in the local bar, serving two terms as co-chair of the Schenectady County Bar Association’s real estate practice committee.
