Steven Smith

Associate Attorney

Steven Smith is an associate at RLGC Law Group where he practices in the areas of Trust and Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Business Law, and Real Estate.

Prior to joining RLGC Law Group, Steven worked at a Big Four Accounting firm in New York City as an International Tax Associate providing tax consulting and compliance services to Fortune 500 companies.

Steven received his Master’s in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University, earning Magna Cum Laude honors in both programs. During law school, he served in Quinnipiac’s tax clinic, where he represented individuals in administrative and court proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service at the audit, appeals, and collection levels. Steven also received a Distinguished Academic Achievement award in Business Organizations.

Steven is a member of the New York State, Albany County, and Saratoga Bar Associations.

In his free time Steven enjoys golfing, playing basketball, hiking, and trying new restaurants.

Steven resides in Saratoga and works out of the firm’s Latham office.
