Yuna Midani

Yuna Daniella Midani is an Associate at RLGC Law Group, who brings with her a wide range of experience in dynamic areas of practice with focus on business law and cross-border practice. Yuna will support the firm in the practice areas of guardianship, estate litigation, estate administration, and business law.
Throughout her career, Yuna has demonstrated her proficiency in navigating international legislative bodies, international organizations, and national and state governments. She possesses a deep understanding of the legal frameworks governing international entities and their operations. Her expertise encompasses the application of immunity principles and privileges, the interplay between domestic laws and foreign laws in commercial and corporate disputes, mergers and acquisition, and the enforcement of competition laws in international contexts.
Prior to joining the firm, Yuna served for ten months as Legal Counsel to the New York State Assembly Minority, where she worked closely with policymakers, stakeholders, and advocacy groups in her time spent advising on legislation within the Science & Technology, Consumer Affairs, Governmental Employees, and Labor Committees.
Yuna earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2024. While in law school, she was deeply involved in academic and practical legal work, serving as an Executive Symposium Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology, a Teaching Assistant for Property Law, and a Research Assistant focusing on local government law and economic development. She also gained hands-on experience through clinics and internships with Nixon Peabody LLP, The Wagoner Firm, and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (Brussels, Belgium), where she worked on international trade and competition law matters.
Before law school, Yuna graduated magna cum laude from The Catholic University of America in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and with a minor in French. Her undergraduate and postgraduate experiences include positions with the United Nations Human Rights Council, U.K. House of Commons as a Parliamentary Intern, the Office of Tibet in Washington, D.C.
Yuna brings a strong background in international business, legislative analysis, and cross-border legal research to her practice. She is also fluent in English and Korean, proficient in French, and has working knowledge of Chinese and Arabic.
Yuna is also a published scholar. She authored “Analyzing Effects of Climate Change on European Union’s Wine Regulations through the Prism of Bordeaux’s Wine Industry,” which was published on Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology, Volume 34.
